Yesterday, I ran 13 miles, which is just short of a half marathon – but close enough, right? My longest run will end up being about 20 miles, sometime in the end of January, and that’s not far off. My legs were getting heavy, but my arms, for a change, were not. I’m starting to lift weights, so maybe that’s doing the trick. I wouldn’t mind adding on 30 lbs. of muscle and dropping about 10 lbs. of fat, thus I’m doing my research on gaining muscle mass. My runs during the week are getting to average closer to 10 min/mile, and yesterday I did about 11 min/mile. Not bad, eh?
