I ran up to 13 miles, and just did 10 miles this weekend on the hill route, where we run through the neighboring Lakewood area and hilly areas within. We’ve only got about 2 months of solid training until ramping it down after the biggest long run of 20 miles at the end of January. Still running between 11 and 10 minutes per mile, though I feel like I should be be doing better, but since I have been more off than on with weight training, the times aren’t dropping. At least that’s my take. Some more interval training might be needed.

I won’t let you all down – I said my goal was to hit a sub 4 hour marathon, and I’m going to give it my best.
